Zagreb is the the main town, the capital and the largest city of Croatia. The place is situated in the northwest part of the country, along the Sava river, and lies at an elevation of approximately 122m above sea level.

Zagreb Airport is the main international airport of Croatia, located 15 km South from the central railway station. In 2017 new modern terminal was opened to carry increased number of passengers during last few years. 

This is the primary hub for Croatian flag carrier Croatia Airlines. From Zagreb airport there are many low cost flights to Croatian seaside (Dubrovnik, Split).
